Welcome 5 year old Obbie

Last weekend Lady May and I welcomed 5 year old Puggle, Obbie in for his Meet and Greet.
What a happy young boy!
His mom tells us he's a pretty social guy in his neighbourhood. It seems all the neighbouring dogs love to see Obbie and visit him often.
We're happy to hear that, and have a couple of weeks scheduled with Obbie in May.
He's full of curiosity. He really wanted to take his time to check out every inch of our yard.
However, his playtime was limited because his mom and dad were travelling back home through Lillooet from Sechelt. It had been a long journey and they still had a 2 hour drive to reach home again.

Thank you for taking the time to set up a M&G with us. We know the importance of making sure our home is familiar to your sweeties when they need to be here. We also know its not always a convenient thing to do. We truly appreciate the time you give to help your buddy feel comfortable. It's obvious to me how much you love him 💗
We were so sad to hear that Obbie had an unpleasant experience at another day care facility in past.
We will go above and beyond to make sure Royal K9 Korner keeps this young man safe and HAPPY while he's in our care. We appreciate that when some dogs are left in daycare they get anxious about being without their moms and dads. We vow to keep them safe and comfortable. My plan involves keeping new comers way to busy to worry about being left behind. I know I'll have an easy job with this happy little man.
Obbie is one of the visitors who required an 'exception' to the rules appointment. Due to mom and dads busy work schedule and the distance they live from us, they are not be able to set up the free 4 hour previsit I usually require. That means I'll be on my toes creating an environment that Obbie will want to be in. He doesnt know mom and dad will be back for him in 2 weeks time. For him it'll seem like an eternity. It's going to be okay buddy. I promise they will return for you. Until they do we're going to snuggle and play and relax and keep you comfortable.
If you have scheduled a visit during Obbie's stay you can look forward to playtime with this young man. If  you haven't set up your May days yet, let's talk about it!  I just know Obbie is going to be a fun buddy.
Welcome to our extended family Obbie. I can't wait for May.
