Here it is, only 4 more days of February left. The time is once again going faster than I can keep up with!
We've been totally busy, and it's been very good. We had a terrible, terrible scare in Dec. and are very happy to say, that scare has passed us and we're onto greener and happier times.
Our Princess MollyDawg still has severe chronic pancreatitis. We now seem to have it controlled, with a few really good meds and a major diet change. She's actually putting on a few pounds and has been happily frolicking with the youngsters who visit. THANK DAWG!

Lady May has had some issues with her arthritis over the cold days. She
still gets her cartophen injections every 3 weeks along with daily
liquid Joint Plus, glucosamine plus chondroitin & MSM
She loves her antioxidant treats, (whole grains, fruit, berries, coconut oil, etc.) She would eat well over her bowlful each meal if we let her. We have to watch her diet , because it's very important for her to keep her weight to a healthy level.
She seems to be doing alright, though she has 'those' days when she still needs us to carry her front end and place her at the best place in the yard for her business.
So what did we purchase?
Those of you who have been active followers of "The Royals" know all the antics they were subjected to over the years of our Fundraising Campaigns for Rescue Societies. It was through those fundraisers that we became associated with a couple of wonderful companies.
Tree Treasures Canada is owned and operated by a wonderful husband and wife team, Hubert and Margaret along with their darling rescue dog, Penny. They live on Van. Island in Courtney BC. Together they create the most amazing decorative tree ornaments I have ever seen. They are all hand carved, hand painted and finished with an amazing high gloss. I have dozens of their Christmas tree ornaments and several I have had personalized and purchased as gifts for friends and family. Recently Margaret expanded her creations to include immortalizing painting family pets.
Well! You know darn well I just can't resist something tangible like that and I had to purchase them. Take a look at these beauties!!
Yes, I'm going to promote them. I can't believe the low cost for having such intricate detailed mini portraits of The Royals. Make sure you come and have a look when you drop your sweetie by. You will DEFINITELY want one of your darling(s).

Lady May still wears a boot to protect her bent paw from scraping the ground when she's outdoors |

We had each personalized on back, but the photos don't show well. Trust me they are beautiful! |
Do you recall a blog I posted back in May 2016. It was just after our Beloved King passed over Rainbow Bridge. Thank you CuddleClone.com
Well, we've completed our Royal Pack with Cuddle Clones!
Check out their website here - Cuddle Clone.com
Facebook -Facebook.com/CuddleClones/
We now have all 4 cloned and reunited. These adorable clones are unbelievable.
They are truly unique and so
true to life! Every minute detailed characteristic has been added. From
the tuft of fur at the sides of our Princess' cheeks to the tiny white
spot of fur on Lady Mays shoulder.
We know Lady May must have been a
challenge for Cuddle Clone. She not only has a permanently seized paw,
elbow and shoulder, she also has a bend little body due to her past
neglect and abuse. Cuddle Clone has nailed her characteristics down to a
tee.
We were finally able to have our beloved Duchess Sammy back in
our fold. It was so wonderful to see her lovely body and face. Her
markings are all there just as if she were back with us.
I wish there was a sound device installed. I'd love to hear her moany groany voice. Everything else is spot on! |
Thank you so much Cuddle Clone you Rock!
Another 'best" is that a portion of each Cuddle Clone purchased goes to pet-related causes. That really makes my heart feel good. Please visit and see if you're interested in getting a clone of your sweetie. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I love both the tree treasures and the cuddle clones! So very cool!
What wonderful treasures! I remember when you brought King's clone to visit me - so realistic, such a great match! And now to have the other clones, too - I may have to come up your way this year to meet them all!
As for the beautiful tree treasures - pretty soon you are going to need one HUGE tree for all those ornaments! The portrait ones are amazing - what a lovely way to immortalize them.
Yes,I remember that trip so well! Yes they really did an amazing job. The clones are perfect
The Ornaments are just as lovely. It's unimaginable for me to see all the intricate details Margaret captured. Their eyes are so real! Every stand of fur and their colourization is absolutely perfect!
You honestly, have to see them, to believe it.
